Refund Policy
For its Complementary Competency Programme (short courses, training, and hobby classes), UCSI University does not offer refunds for paid fees. However, participants may arrange for replacements by notifying the course instructor at least three days before the class begins. Fees paid for one course are not transferable to another course.

Customer Support & Contact Information
For the Complementary Competency Programme, payments can be made via cash at the Finance Office (Level 2, Block A, KL Campus South Wing), cheque payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd., interbank transfer to CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad (account number 8602138943), or credit/debit card at the Finance Office. Official receipts are issued and should be retained and presented to the instructor on the first day of class. The Finance Office operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm; ePayment is available after hours with fee enquiries until 6:00 pm.
How to Buy/Engage
To register for a complementary course, users select the desired course category (short courses, complementary training, or art & personal hobby), click the registration button, and complete the form. Payment follows via one of the accepted methods. Participants must bring the payment receipt to the first class. No refunds or course transfers are permitted once payment is made.
